A new property purchase expands small business.

Boyd has owned his own agricultural machinery manufacturing and retail business for over seven years. With two existing warehouses in Victoria and New South Wales, Boyd was keen to expand his business – so when he came across a warehouse for sale in the rural community of Wee Waa in New South Wales he didn’t hesitate to contact Smartline Broker Tracey Kyle.

“Wee Waa is a remote area and I knew it would be difficult to find a lender to finance my business expansion,” said Boyd. “Tracey had helped me to refinance my home loan and had arranged finance on various tractors for the business - so I gave her a call,” he said.

“Opening a new office involves a lot of work – from establishing new suppliers to making new contacts. Having Tracey handle the financial side of things was a great support,” said Boyd.

With a third office under his belt Mr Wilson is excited about growing the business but looks forward to some down time in the short term. “I’ll continue to expand the business – but I’ll be doing it gradually,” he said.
