Young couple spread their wings
Having lived with their parents and saved their pennies, Adelaide couple Ben and Krystelle decided it was time to spread their wings and purchase their first home together.
Initially, the young couple, aged 22 and 19 respectively, sought the assistance of family friend and Smartline broker Wendy Perry.
“We were pleasantly surprised when Wendy did the sums and found several home loan options for us, said Krystelle.
“Getting pre-approval on a home loan was the biggest hurdle. Now we’re looking forward to finding our first home – ideally a town house in the Parafield Gardens area,” said Ben.
