Winner, Australian mortgage broker group of the year

Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisers has been named Franchise Operation of the Year at the Australian Mortgage Awards (AMAs) for the second consecutive year. It is the third time the group has won the prestigious award, which was announced at a gala ceremony in Sydney on September 24, since 2006.
This win follows on from Smartline being named Australia’s Top Franchise by Topfranchise.com.au on three occasions in 2009 and 2010, which ranks franchise systems from across all industries across the country.
Smartline Adviser Terry Azzopardi was also named Quality Young Gun of the Year at the Awards.
Smartline Managing Director, Chris Acret, said it was an honour to again be recognised as a quality franchise business.
"This nomination recognises the value of our franchise model which we have worked incredibly hard to build and develop over the past 11 years,” he said.

The group prides itself on meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations of its clients, with more than 85 per cent of business from client referral and a client satisfaction rating of 9.6 out of 10.
