Our adviser, Alf, was great in setting up the loan that suited our needs and took away alot of stress that occurs when filling out loan applications that you are not comfortable with. Unfortunately most problems occurred after the loan was completed with the bank calculating the wrong amount of stamp duty and taking so long to correct. They should take an example from Alf in getting things done properly.
