Andrew Wright - Personal Mortgage Adviser

Andrew Wright prides himself on his dedication to providing his clients with the right solutions for their needs – not just today, but well into the future.

He is armed with an infectious enthusiasm and energy for solving problems, and a commitment to building lasting relationships. “My clients and their long-term needs are the focus of my business – they’re the reason why my business exists,” Andrew says. “Whether it’s helping a client to achieve their dream of owning their first home or setting up a portfolio of investment properties, I enjoy working with people to understand their needs and how I can help them to achieve their goals.”

Andrew analyses the long-term goals of each client and then uses Smartline’s specialist software to tailor loan solutions. “I listen to my clients and spend a great deal of time analysing different options so they clearly understand the alternatives and can make an informed decision – without the hassle and stress of doing all the running around and research for themselves,” he says. “Everyone is busy and we don’t have the time to research 25 lenders – that’s my job.”

Andrew conducts all follow-up and keeps his clients informed every step of the way. “I put myself in my client’s shoes and treat each loan application like it’s my own,” he says. As a result of his commitment and experience, the majority of Andrew’s business comes from existing clients and referrals, which he regards as the greatest compliment he could be paid.

To meet his clients’ needs, Andrew has a professional office in Pennant Hills and is happy to visit clients outside of work hours.

Delia Sidler joined the Smartline team more than six years ago and is highly regarded by her colleagues and the many clients who work with Andrew Wright and his colleagues, Kevin and Graeme.

Delia is a rarity with her genuine care and empathy for clients, her can-do attitude and attention to detail. She is a highly prized member of the team who receives abundant praise from clients who appreciate her efforts to help them achieve their goals.

Delia also has extensive experience in running a small business. One of her great achievements, before joining the Smartline team, was to own and operate two Gloria Jeans’ franchises. From day one the stores were number one in Australia and number two worldwide.
