I think you do have great service. Andrew was very helpful and really knew his products. He went out of his way to meet me at times convenient for me and I don't have the best work schedule so it was great to find someone who was so accommodating. I also really liked the after settlement care that came with Andrew and Smartline, Since the settlement I have received a gift basket 2 days after settlement with a congratulations card, as well as that I have received post cards and phone calls from Andrew on follow up's and everything and it is such a nice genuinely personal feel from Smartline and I have had a lot of people ask me who I got my loan through since they have seen the kind of service that I receive and I have no hesitation to recommend Andrew to them as I know he will look after them just as well as he looked after me.
