This was the second time we have used Smartline, Parramatta. Lorraine Boxsell was recommended to us by friends back in 2004 and she helped us organise the purchase of our first home. As first home buyers Lorraine's support was invaluable in helping us secure our first home. Bob came to our home and went through the application procedure with us and made it such an easy process. We hadn't even planned on buying at this stage as we were still looking at what the market had to offer, but after we met Bob Holmes at an open home he suggested we organise a pre-approved loan.
