Bob McFarlane - Personal Mortgage Adviser

As one of Smartline’s original franchisees, Bob McFarlane is experienced in all areas of mortgage lending. “I cover all aspects of the market, especially investment construction and refinancing home loans,” says Bob.

Bob’s approach is to ensure that his clients understand exactly what is available to them so they can make informed choices. He is also a Justice of Peace so he is well positioned to assist his clients with any paperwork that requires witnessing throughout the loan process.

“I offer a high level of customer service and do my best to make sure my clients know what their options are,” he explains. “People need a clear picture so they can understand what they are doing with their finances and make logical decisions. I let my clients know their true borrowing capacity and any financial limitations.”

Bob’s efforts are rewarded with customer satisfaction and personal recommendations. “It’s great to know that I have been able to save my clients as much money as possible by getting the loan most suited to their needs,” he says. “Meeting each challenge is very satisfying.”

Bob's mortgage broking business is based in Menai, but he is fully mobile and services all areas of the Sydney metropolitan area including but not limited to Illawong, Bangor, Alfords Point, Woronora and Lucas Heights.
