Cliff Basten - Personal Mortgage Adviser

Born and bred in Kalgoorlie, and a local boy at heart, Cliff believes strongly in acting on behalf of his local clients. 

"I work for my clients and have their best interests at heart. This means that I aim to find a lender’s loan which suits them, rather than trying to make them fit into a particular lender,” says Cliff.

Cliff began his work life with the Commonwealth Bank, and after seven years progressed to a career in real estate. His background in real estate is of particular assistance to clients, as he understands the process of buying and selling property and can share his experiences and advice. 

Cliff joined Mortgage Force in 2003 (which merged with Smartline in 2009) and his business is conveniently located at 47 Brookman Street, in the centre of Kalgoorlie.
