My name is Melissa Duckmanton and my husband Chris and I have been using your broker Craig to help secure our second home.
I had initially started this email with a long story about our dealings with Craig over the last 1.5 years but deleted it and thought I would simply use this chance to tell you why Craig is an asset to Smartline.
Craig listened! He actually sat down and heared what we were saying to him. As a result he had a true understanding of our situation and what we wanted to achieve. He then used his knowledge and experience to help us achieve our goal. He went over and above his call of duty and emailed or called after hours and on weekends if needed. He answered hundreds of cals and emails from a panicky hormonal pregnant lady (me) in search of reassurance and handled each call and email professionally. Most would have waited until the next working day meaning we would have spent the rest of the weekend worrying and stressing. Not Craig, he knew how much this meant to us and made the call straight away.

Recently I was involved in a challenging settlement of land and contract to build, I also encountered difficulty with other mortgage consultants in acquiring finance.
