A long term member of the Mortgage Force team since 1994 Craig has been recognised as one of Australia’s most successful loan writers, winning numerous bank and company awards. Prior to joining Smartline he worked for Bankwest for nine years, in roles ranging from customer service, auditing and personal lending.

Craig’s business is built on client referrals and repeat business and he believes this is because he has a realistic approach with his clients that they appreciate. Craig operates out of the Nedlands office with his valued Assistant, Neil Brandis who has been with him since July 2003. 
Neil is a diligent and committed member of Craig’s business and plays a vital role in delivering a high level of customer care. Prior to joining Craig’s business, Neil worked in senior lending positions for the CBA for many years and can follow up client queries when Craig is unavailable.
