Camilo Yangco - Personal Mortgage Adviser

Camilo Yangco appreciates the individual needs of each client. “I like to listen carefully to my clients and take the time to understand their needs before matching them with the right loan for their situation,” says Camilo. “I also explain things in simple terms that everyone can understand.”

Camilo is experienced in all aspects of mortgage lending and is able to call on 12 years of banking experience when tailoring loan solutions. “I was with the Commonwealth Bank for almost 12 years, with the majority of time involved in retail lending and some commercial lending,” he explains.

Camilo prides himself on the professional service he offers. “I take great satisfaction in assisting my clients in attaining their financial goals, whether it be to purchase their first home or develop their investment portfolio,” he says.

A testament to his business acumen, Camilo does little advertising - instead he gains new business from referrals from satisfied customers. “The majority of my business is through referrals from happy clients - even people I was previously unable to assist come back when they are ready to take the first step.”

Camilo's mortgage broking business is based in Brighton but is fully mobile and services all areas including but not limited to McKinnon, Moorabbin and Bentleigh and can visit you outside of working hours in the comfort of your own home.
