I thought that the service provided by your agent (Cam) was perfect. He had a knowledgeable answer to every question. We spoke to a number of brokers who did not seem as up to date as Cam. An example is, we were advised to fix our rate by other brokers but because of Cam's suggestion to go on a variable rate, we have already saved $700 a month on our repayments.

Very satisfied indeed with Cam Yangco. We had certain constraints for various reasons so we weren't the easiest customers. We also had lots of trouble meeting the qualifying criteria for ANZ Bank. But Cam stuck with us and managed to find solutions for every problem that we came up against, until we got the loan. I don't know what we would have done without him - we'd probably still be trying to work our way through the maze.
