Debbie Fredericks - Personal Mortgage Adviser

Debbie Fredericks regards communication as central to supporting her clients, but it’s her empathy, attention to detail, honesty and approachable nature that have seen her build relationships with her clients that have lasted for years.

“There is no substituting great communication,” Debbie explains. “When my client knows what’s going on and the lender is kept up-to-date, then things tend to run smoothly – I’m the conduit for making the whole process run seamlessly. It’s often the simplest things that ensure clients experience the best possible service – like returning phone calls quickly, being approachable and being able to ask all manner of questions without feeling like you shouldn’t be asking them in the first place. I know that my clients have complete confidence and trust in me – and it’s something that I value highly.”

Debbie has received numerous referrals from existing clients – an achievement of which she is most proud. “It is the greatest compliment to have your clients recommend you to their family, friends and business colleagues,” she says. “I enjoy my work, so it’s an added bonus to know clients have such confidence in my expertise and service.”

Debbie has completed the comprehensive Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and has more than 15 years’ experience in the lending and mortgage industry – including 10 years with Mortgage Force, which merged with Smartline in July 2009. Prior to that, she spent five years with CBA in lending and branch management.

Covering Sydney’s northern beaches where she lives, Debbie also offers a fully mobile service encompassing the Sydney metropolitan area including but not limited to Birchgrove, Drummoyne and Rozelle, and has the expertise to assist all borrowers from first home buyers through to the experienced property investor.
