Simona and Dennis are widely acknowledged as two of the industry's best operators. They are both extremely proficient brokers, with 20 years of specialist experience accumulated while working as lending managers for major banks and operating their own mortgage-broking business.
The pair cover all areas of mortgage lending - from taking first-home buyers through the ropes to establishing complex mortgage-minimisation structures.

Dennis and Simona's mortgage broking business is based in Parramatta, but they are fully mobile and services all areas of the Sydney metropolitan area including but not limited to Rydalmere, Camellia, Rosehill, Silverwater and Harris Park and can be contacted seven days a week.

When arranging a home or investment loan for her clients, Lorraine Boxsell aims to minimise their anxiety so they can enjoy purchasing their new property and find the home loan experience an easy one.

She keeps them informed each step of the way through the loan process. “I take the time to explain every step of the home loan process so that my clients have a thorough understanding of their mortgage and are confident in their choices,” Lorraine explains.
Lorraine believes her role as a mortgage consultant is ongoing, even after the settlement of her client’s property. She stays in touch with her clients in the subsequent years to ensure that their loans are still meeting their financial needs.
Lorraine takes great pride in knowing that she is assisting others to achieve their financial goals. She believes she is providing a level of service beyond what is available from most banks. “Most of my clients are referred to me and it is a wonderful compliment when my clients frequently recommend my service to their family, friends and work colleagues,” she adds.
