Emmanuel (Jon) De Guzman - Personal Mortgage Adviser

With over seven years experience in the finance industry, Jon De Guzman makes sure he finds the right loan for his clients the first time. He explains the loan process from start to finish, then explains the different loan choices available, and guides his clients through the decision-making process to make the right loan choice.

“It’s so important that my clients have all the information to make an informed decision. I make sure they end up with a loan that suits their individual situation - not only now - but also for the future.”

Jon is always available to his clients and prides himself on his honesty, listening skills and product knowledge. “My clients are always listened to. They can rest assured that I will always put their needs first. I make sure I fit products to suit my clients, not fit my clients to a product! The motto I live by is ‘I see solutions, not problems,’” he says.

A testament to Jon’s business is that the vast majority of his clients come from satisfied customer referrals. “There is nothing better than getting a phone call from someone I don’t know telling me that I came highly recommended by a friend or family member. That’s when I know I’m doing a good job.”

Jon is a Brisbane-based broker, but is not restricted by the metropolitan boundariesand services all areas including but not limited to Camp Hill, Mansfield and Belmont. “I travel from the Sunshine Coast all the way to the Tweed River if needed, and I have clients in Victoria and New South Wales. You can say I pride myself in saying I’m fully mobile!”
