George Bagajluk covers all aspects of lending, and calls on 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry when assisting his clients.
“Prior to joining Smartline in 2000 I was a mobile lender with the Commonwealth Bank,” he says. “I’ve also worked in the loan processing area, and so have a good understanding of how the entire application process works.”
In addition, George’s customer-service background means that he acknowledges the importance of excellent service, which has helped to make him one of Queensland’s top operators. “I provide outstanding service and help clients find the right loan product,” he adds.
George can also speak from experience when helping clients to choose home or investment loans. “My wife and I have bought land and built homes, which we subsequently sold,” he explains. “We currently have our own home and have also bought investment properties, which is a big help when clients ask for advice.”
As a reward for his dedication, George’s clients come to him largely by word of mouth. “The most satisfying aspect of the job is getting a referral from a satisfied customer,” he says. “My client database is growing at a steady rate!”.
Whilst based in River Hills, George operates a fully mobile broking service throughout Brisbane and services areas including but not limited to Westlake, Mount Ommaney and EWacol. As part of his premium service, George is extremely flexible with his working hours and is contactable seven days a week.
