Delia Sidler - Receptionist/PA

In 2004, Delia joined the team at Smartline Pennant Hills as a receptionist and PA to Graeme.

With Delia’s hardworking and can do attitude and attention to detail she is an invaluable asset to the Smartline team. Delia is customer focused and always wants to achieve the best for our clients! Delia has extensive experience in running a small business.

One of Delia’s great achievements before joining the Smartline team was owning and operating two Gloria Jeans’s franchises. From day one the stores were number one in Australia number two worldwide.

You can be sure that when you call our office you will be greeted by a friendly and helpful voice that is eager to assist you, and boy does she know how to make great coffee!

Maria Scida - Portfolio Manager

Maria has a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry, having commenced her career straight out of school with NAB subsidiary HomeSide Lending.

After twelve years in various roles with the NAB group, Maria accepted a position with Wignall’s Lawyers – a key player in mortgage documentation. Just on two years later she was approached by a rival mortgage broker to take up a vital role with their firm, during which time she also became a JP.

All up Maria brings sixteen years of finance industry experience with her to Smartline. A major part of her role is to assist with the creation of your next loan, assist with enquiries about your current application, or queries you may have about your current lending facilities.
