Our Smartline adviser provided the kind of service that we struggled to get from our existing lender. He also provided better information about our lenders loan products than they did themselves. For this reason we organised our construction loan with our current lender through Smartline. We cut out the misinformation, we got to speak to a real person without leaving messages and spending hours on hold each time and most importantly got over the finish line. Our building works are about to start and I only wish we had started by talking to Smartline.

Our experience with Smartline and our adviser was beyond our expectations. He attended our home in hours that suited us, provided many options and discussed all of them at length, kept us updated regularly about our paperwork and the status of settlement.
