Hayden and Caroline Folbigg share a passion and commitment for managing clients’ long-term mortgage needs, from the purchase of their first home through to buying investments and building wealth and then into retirement.

Working as a team for more than 15 years, Hayden and Caroline provide detailed guidance throughout the mortgage process and the very highest level of client service. They remain committed to working with you to manage your mortgage position now and into the future.

They can look after all your financing needs including home, superannuation, commercial and leasing finance. Together, they have a long-standing and dedicated group of clients who view Hayden and Caroline as their personal bankers and trusted advisers.

Based in offices in Balmain, Hayden and Caroline offer a fully mobile service to all areas of the Sydney metropolitan area and can meet with you at a time and location that suits you.

With a Diploma in Financial Services and Mortgage Broking Management, both Hayden and Caroline are Authorised Credit Representatives under Smartline’s Australian Credit Licence and are Accredited Mortgage Consultants with the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). Both are bound by the MFAA Code of Practice and the Credit Industry Ombudsman Scheme.

Hayden Folbigg - Personal Mortgage Adviser

With more than 15 years’ experience and extensive technical knowledge of the vast array of mortgage products available, Hayden Folbigg offers clients a thorough, jargon-free mortgage advisory service.

Hayden commenced his career as a mortgage adviser in 1997 following more than seven years as a real estate agent. As such, he has earned a reputation for quality service, excellent industry knowledge and exceptional attention to detail.

Hayden’s educational approach to providing mortgage advice ensures clients make well informed home, investment and/or commercial loan decisions.

Hayden has also completed specialized training as an authorised insurance representative, enabling him to provide risk advise and recommend life, and total and permanent disability (TPD) cover.

Caroline Folbigg - Personal Mortgage Adviser

Caroline Folbigg’s dedication to superior customer service, attention to detail, and personal integrity has seen her establish a well-regarded reputation in the mortgage industry.

Caroline joined the mortgage advisory industry in 1997 following three years with Macquarie Bank, where she gained an extensive knowledge of all aspects of mortgages. Caroline left the bank to become a mortgage adviser and offer clients a whole new style of service-driven mortgage lending.

Caroline also holds a Bachelor of Economics from Sydney University and a Certificate in Mortgage Securitisation.

Ann Folbigg - Insurance Specialist

Ann Folbigg’s credentials, work ethic and personal philosophy of providing premier service and ongoing client care led to her outstanding success as a mortgage broker.

In 2010, after a career in lending and broking that spanned more than 20 years, Ann diversified her offering and now provides risk insurance (Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection) to her clients.

Ann holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Mortgage Broking), and a Tier 1 – General advice qualification (RG146) in Insurance. She is a fellow of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and was elected councillor of the MFAA council for five years running.

Ann previously spent seven years at Macquarie Bank working in private banking, foreign exchange and securitisation and 13 years heading up and running Mortgage Force Australia, which merged with Smartline in July 2009.
