With more than 35 years experience in banking and mortgage finance, Harold Parkinson offers his clients a premium level of service and industry expertise.

"All banks, brokers and home loan specialists provide the same service – the difference is the actual person you deal with," explains Harold.

As a reward for his dedication to clients, Harold gets to see many people reach their goals.

"The best part of the job is seeing the reaction I get from clients when I tell them I’ve secured the loan they needed to realise the dream of owning their own home," he says.

In recognition of his banking and lending expertise, Harold has been awarded Associate membership of the MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia).

Harold's mortgage broking business is based in Bacchus Marsh, but he offers a fully mobile service including, but not limited to Bacchus Marsh, Darley and Maddingley.  He can also visit you outside of working hours in the comfort of your own home.

Rana Bravo-Cripps - PA / Client Relationship Manager

Rana has had 17 years of banking experience with one of Australia's major banking institutions prior to joining Smartline Home Loans in Gisborne as a Personal Assistant/Relationship Manager. Her knowledge and background in banking procedures serves her well with her dealings with both customers and banks alike.

As a Personal Assistant, Rana is responsible for all administration and liaises with clients, solicitors, conveyancers and banks ensuring that the loan process is managed through to final settlement. It is our main priority that our clients are not inconvenienced in any way. For any questions or problems that may arise during or even after loan settlement, Rana is our major point of reference.
