Our whole experience with Smartline was a positive one from the first interview until the final loan settlement. Our adviser was flexible in making time to see us in the evenings at a time that suited us. All the dealings with our lender were handled by our adviser which was a great relief especially when the lender got the settlement dates for our two loans mixed up and was going to charge us penalties. Our adviser negotiated directly with the lender on our behalf sorting out the contracts and getting the lender to admit it was their mistake.

It's a lovely thought to receive a birthday card when birthdays are due.
