This is the second time Jim has helped us with our mortgage. The first time was to buy our home (first mortgage), and this time was for a re-finance. Jim is always very approachable and always available to answer any questions we might have. He always takes the time to properly explain all of our options to us, and is very thorough explaining the pro's and con's of each loan option. We have always felt very secure and like we are being looked after when dealing with Jim. We have recommended Jim to several of our friends and family - he recently helped my sister in law and her fiance to purchase their first home, and I know they were also thrilled with Jim, and have also recommended him to friends of their's. We needed a loan top up to get through the planning phase of a development. When I have gone direct to the bank in the past it took ages and I had to jump through hoops - once I even ended up paying a fee for the privledge. This time I got Jim Ellis from Smartline to arrange it for me. He took care of everything and the loan was approved without having to even speak to the bank. Why did I deal with the bank when it costs nothing to have Jim do the legwork for me and get the best possible deal? Its a no-brainer for me - thanks Jim.
