John Oakley prides himself on his integrity, and his willingness to go the distance for his clients. With over 16 years experience in lending including five years as a Smartline Personal Mortgage Adviser, John knows how to give his clients excellent service. “If there is one thing I have learned from my business experience, it is that the most important thing is to listen.”

John listens carefully to his clients and matches their needs with the right product. “It is of the utmost importance that your clients receive the right product for them, not what best suits the broker! John looks after the entire loan process from interview to settlement. “I take control of the loan process, and I am comfortable in knowing that my clients have received the best possible attention.”

John operates a fully mobile mortgage service on the Sunshine Coast and is available seven days a week. He services all areas of the Sunshine Coast including but not limited to Buderim, Sippy Downs and Minyama. John regularly visits clients further afield in Brisbane and beyond and can visit you outside of working hours in the comfort of your own home.

John can look after all your financing needs including personal loans, leasing and commercial and business financing and  has accreditation through SEQUAL which allows him to assist in senior finance products such as reverse mortgages and aged care accommodation bonds.

John is a Commissioner for Declarations and can witness your loan documents and has a network of allied professionals to assist with accounting, legal and financial Planning services.
