John Stitt has more than 15 years experience and expertise in lending and finance having built a highly successful referral based mortgage business in the UK.

Now proudly calling Australia home, John brings with him his passion for mortgage finance and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals.

“My personal philosophy has always been to build long-term relationships with my clients,” John says.

“I love my job and thoroughly enjoy working with my clients to tailor lending solutions that best suit their needs, and I get so much satisfaction in seeing the loan process through to fruition.”

As an enthusiastic investor himself, John says that he is keenly aware of the need to correctly structure lending.

“I’ve established a personal investment portfolio of 12 properties, so I have first-hand knowledge of the needs of all borrowers – from first home buyers, right through to experienced investors,” he says.

“I’m also well aware of the value of personalised service, which is tailored to clients’ individual needs.”

John welcomes inquiries from all borrowers who are looking for personalised service from a mortgage adviser with solid experience and knowledge.

John lives in Edithvale, but offers a fully mobile service catering to his clients’ requirements.

John's mortgage broking business is based in Edithvale. He is fully mobile and services all areas including but not limited to Aspendale, Chelsea and Bonbeach and can visit you outside of working hours in the comfort of your own home. He can look after all your financing needs including personal loans, leasing and commercial and business financing.
