Hi, I'm Karen Forbes, and I am a Smartline Personal Mortgage Adviser.

I regularly assist my clients to obtain finance to purchase homes, investment property, other investments or vehicle finance. Or I can often source a better deal from a different lender, using specialist knowledge as well as having access to products available only through a broker.

But finding the right loan is the easy bit! Actually getting the deal done with minimal pain while you are trying to go about your busy life is the tough part. I can do all that for you, and it won't cost you anything extra!

Negotiating the maze of lending products in our market place is a tricky and time consuming business. I am an independent mobile broker, accredited to source loans from over 20 lenders, to ensure that you find the best loan that suits your particular requirements. Because I am a trained specialist in this area, I can make the process easy and save you time.

Most people, especially those entering the property market for the first time, are unaware of the wide variety of choice of products and lenders available, as well as the differences in those products and the policies of the lenders. With lenders regularly changing policy and products with only a few days’ notice, it is so important to have a professional with access to live information and up to date technology working for you.
