Being a keen property investor herself Kim works with her clients to find a loan that suits their current and future finance needs.

“My personal integrity is paramount. It’s important that my clients feel confident they are using the service of a professional who has no affiliation to any one lender,” says Kim. “My 25 years of finance experience, the Smartline software and our panel of over 30 lenders means I can tailor a loan to meet each client’s individual circumstances.”

Kim is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of service. It’s because of this that many lifelong client friendships have been formed. Many clients ring just to run ideas by Kim, to make sure they are on track for their future goals even if the purchase of a property is a few years away.
The most satisfying aspect of my job is taking the worry out of getting a loan for my clients. Some clients feel a little overwhelmed when dealing with banks, especially first home buyers. I find my clients are more at ease dealing with me. They have confidence in me to help them through this time,” explains Kim. “I tell my clients to relax and get excited about their new property. They hand over the loan process to me to do all the leg work and follow ups with their lender.”

Kim's mortgage broking business is based in Oatley. She is fully mobile and services all areas including but not limited to Mortdale, Blakehurst and Hurstville and can visit you outside of working hours in the comfort of your own home. She can look after all your financing needs including personal loans, leasing and commercial and business financing.
