As an experienced investor, including the management of a number of owner-builder projects, Lou Paolacci is acutely aware of the need for clients to stay within their comfort zone throughout the loan process.
Likewise, he considers the post-loan client experience to be equally as important. “Going on my own experience, which has been affirmed many times as I work with clients, discussing personal finances with an advisor can be a daunting experience,” Lou explains.
“As such, it is essential that my clients feel comfortable with me, and my skill and expertise as a personal mortgage adviser. This is why I dedicate my time to listening to them all the way through the loan process and after settlement. I want to feel certain my customers are happy with my advice and guidance, and comfortable with the loan conditions – particularly the loan repayments.”
Lou is devoted to ensuring his clients are well informed by providing regular updates. He is also keen to make certain his customers have enjoyed the process, gained knowledge and confidence, and are able look back on their experience with assurance.
“Even after the loan has been approved, I maintain regular contact with clients to let them know what products are on the market and answer any questions they have about future plans,” Lou says.
While Lou currently services clients in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, he offers a fully mobile personal mortgage advisory service.
