Matt Brennan - Personal Mortgage Adviser

Matt joined the Smartline team (previously Mortgage Force) in 1994 after a successful nine-year career in lending with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia that culminated in his appointment as Senior Lending Manager.

Today, Matt and his team specialise in all home loan products, investment loans, revolving lines of credit facilities, leasing, as well as commercial and business financing.

During his time as a broker Matt’s many clients have testified to his professional and friendly service, and benefited from his wealth of knowledge that only experience can bring.

Matt operates a statewide broking service from his office at 160 Stirling Highway, Nedlands. He is a mobile broker servicing all areas and can visit you outside of working hours in the comfort of your own home. You can also visit Matt or one of his team at his office where parking is no problem.

Jason Howell - Loan Writer

Having joined Matt’s team in 2010, Jason brings with him more than four years lending experience with one of Australia’s leading lenders. Like his colleagues, he enjoys Smartline’s team approach to delivering the right lending solutions to suit your unique personal circumstances.

Arranging lending can be a time-consuming and sometimes stressful experience. However, Jason will deliver a timely, efficient and excellent service. His energy, enthusiasm and service ethic will have you feeling completely at ease.

Yvonne has worked alongside Matt for more than six years and is an invaluable member of the team. Her many years experience in the lending industry means that she understands the various complexities associated with the lending process and is well equipped to answer your queries.

If she does not know the answer, Yvonne will work with the rest of the team to ensure your question is answered in a timely way.
