After receiving your emails earlier in the week about lender X and lender Y discounts, I approached Martin Castilla (who is my broker of course) and asked if he could negotiate a better rate for us. He already did a great job for us when we purchased the Christies Beach Property in September last year, getting us a total of 0.85% off our interest rate across all of our loans (we were only on a 0.7% discount back then). Martin just got back to me and has managed to get a total of 1% off all of our loans now. So in 8 months he has managed to get a further 0.3% off across all of our loans. I am so stoked. Thought I should spread the joy. Feel free to share my experience too!
