Marilyn Coles offers clients an outstanding mortgage advisory service backed by more than 21 years experience in the banking and finance industry, and an award-winning approach to customer service.

Marilyn is accessible to her clients seven days a week and takes great pride in her honesty and work ethic, which sees her working closely with clients to ensure they receive the deal that is right for them.

“There is nothing more satisfying that helping a client to create financial wealth, and I take great pride in ensuring my clients receive the very best in customer service,” she says.

“I keep my clients informed about the progress of their application, and stay in touch with them well after the deal is done to answer any additional questions and to ensure the arrangements continue to meet their needs.”

Marilyn is very solutions-focused and works hard to ensure her clients are satisfied.

Her customer service approach has also been formally acknowledged and awarded by the Customer Service Institute of Australia through its Australian Service Excellence Awards, which are Australia’s premier national customer service awards recognising high standards of management, training and commitment to excellence.

Marilyn is keen to support clients from right across the lending spectrum, from those looking to review their personal circumstances and secure a better deal, first homebuyers and homeowners looking to upgrade, right through to seasoned property investors.

Based in Lismore, Marilyn offers a fully mobile mortgage broking service covering the North Coast area of New South Wales including, but not limited to the districts of Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Casino, Kyogle, Ballina, Evans Head, Bangalow and Alstonville.

Marilyn is also a strong supporter of her local community and is currently involved with the Lismore Show, Rural Youth Organisation, Relay for Life and Southern Cross LADS.
