Malcolm Drummond - Personal Mortgage Adviser

Malcolm Drummond calls on 35 years of banking and finance experience to provide his clients with individual tailored finance solutions. “I work across the board - from first-home buyers and investment loans to restructuring and helping clients make the most of the equity they have in their home,” explains Malcolm. “A lot of people aren’t aware of what they can do with their equity, and it’s very exciting to help them through the whole process.”

Malcolm’s approach is to spend time assessing his clients' long-term goals. “I take my clients through the Smartline software and together we work out what they are trying to achieve,” he says. “Once we have established what they can borrow, we find the loan to suit their requirements.”

As a result of his extensive knowledge and excellent service, Malcolm receives a high proportion of client referrals. “It’s very satisfying to see my clients happy with what they’ve achieved and appreciating what I’ve done for them,” adds Malcolm. “By me giving that little bit of extra service, the whole loan experience is a pleasure for everyone concerned.”
