Malcolm and other staff at Smartline (Revesby) provided me with a professional and caring service, by far in excess of what I could have imagined prior to me deciding to refinance. I procrastinated for a couple of months, mainly because I knew I would be inducing hassles with the refinancing process. In a way I was correct, as there were some hassles, none of which were Smartline's fault. From my point of view, these problems were almost negligible. I believe I am still not fully aware of the behind the scenes service that Robert and the team provided in negating any problems for me (the client).
