Mike Hannaford - Personal Mortgage Adviser

Mike Hannaford takes great pride in his ability to take the stress and worry out of the lending process.

By keeping things simple and truly understanding his clients’ needs he has built a loyal following of clients for whom he has provided advice and guidance, many times over, as they move through life.

“There is no substitute for clear and concise information,” Mike explains. “I think it is my ability to keep the overall process simple that has ensured my clients are gaining an understanding of the procedures and feel in control at all times.”

Not surprisingly, clients expect their personal mortgage advisor to possess in depth product knowledge, be highly organised and, importantly, have the ability to understand and satisfy their needs.

“I offer all of this, and I make myself available at a time and place that is convenient to them.”

Mike believes one of the most important factors in arranging a loan is getting the product match right – making sure clients receive value for money and fully understand the loan’s features.

Having grown up in Adelaide’s Western suburbs, this is where many of Mike’s clients reside – as he does. However, he offers a mobile service, which covers Adelaide’s entire metropolitan region.

With more than 10 years’ experience, involving branch-based and mobile lending with a leading bank and more than two years as a personal mortgage advisor, Mike is well equipped to support his clients now and into the future.

Mike's mortgage broking business is based in Norwood. He is fully mobile and services all areas including but not limited to Beulah Park, Kensington and Maylands and can visit you outside of working hours in the comfort of your own home. He can look after all your financing needs including personal loans, leasing and commercial and business financing.
