Michael Sugiandi joined Smartline in 2008. Growing his previous broking business from scratch, Michael understands the importance of a supportive franchise network to help better his business and support his clients.

“I was an independent broker with an aggregator before I joined Smartline,” says Michael. “The Smartline client care program is one of the main reasons I moved to a franchise model. It was a great way to add value for my clients and sat well with my core beliefs that as long as you look after your clients, everything else will look after itself,” he adds. “Now I can concentrate on what I do best, making a difference to people.”

Michael prides himself on being there for you right throughout the loan process. “I make sure everything runs to plan and keep in touch beyond the loan so my clients have a point of reference if their situation should change,” he says.

“The best part of my business is being able to find solutions for a client where others can’t.” Michael recently helped clients who had gone to their bank to release $200,000 in equity from their home to start a property investment portfolio. “Through a quick analysis I was able to place them with a more suitable lender and save them thousands! These sorts of scenarios truly make the hard work worthwhile,” he adds.

Fully mobile, he can visit you at your home, office or even the cafe of your choice. As part of his premium service, Michael is extremely flexible. “I’m always happy to visit clients outside of working hours and on the weekend – whenever it best suits them,” Michael explains.
