Neil (Smartline) was fantastic! In my opinion, he found me the perfect loan and great rate for my current and future circumstances. Also through his guidance, knowledge of the industry and instincts with regards to the current financial climate, I chose to rate lock my application rate which turned out to be the best $500 investment I could make saving me from a 1+% increase of the original rate I applied for. There was some issues with settlement that were not of Smartline’s doing, let's face it, we are dealing with Banks after all. Although this settlement period for an already approved loan it was very stressful. Neil shared the sleepless nights as well and was consistently proactive to get a result. Neil tenaciously held in there and put me (his customer) first and even though created some waves for himself with one of the banks in particular, he kept pushing to resolve an ongoing failure for the banks to settle on the date agreed and got us across the line in the end - hats off to him!

As first timers to small business, my wife and I have been inundated with paper work and activities to get started. Not knowing where to start with arranging business finance, I was referred to Smartline and Neil Bradford. I have always been suspicious of brokers supplying a service that is more beneficial to themselves, and once set up never hearing from them again. I must confess that the service supplied by Neil was exceptional. He came to our home at times that suited us at night without question, to start the paperwork. When the bank made mistakes setting up some accounts, within 20 minutes of a phone call he was in the bank with us fixing the errors.
As novices to small business my wife and I were unsure of some financial details and Neil contacted our accountant to verify details were correct and that we all understood the financial jargon. He has visited our new shop on a couple of occasions to see how things are going, and also delivered a 'thank you' gift basket. He regularly phones to keep in contact, and ensures we have no problems.
