Marijo Sauza joined Smartline in 2003, with ten years experience at a major bank under her belt, to provide the important role of administrative support to Peter King and his team.
Marijo assists in managing client files from loan submission through to post settlement ensuring a hassle free process for all clients. Marijo will keep you well informed throughout the loan process. She will liaise with conveyancers, real estate agents etc to ensure all lines of communication are open. She is also responsible for maintaining client records ensuring all information is current and accurate.

Working from the office of Peter King, one of the mortgage broking industries top performers, Karen assists in the roles of administration and loan processing. “My role is to liaise between the clients, the solicitors and the lenders, and by doing this, each step of the process is pain-free and hassle-free for the client,” she explains.
With an award for outstanding excellence in customer relations under her belt and over 24 years of banking experience, Karen Sanocky is well placed to care for clients and ensure their finance experience is a positive one.
Karen prides herself on her friendly and professional interaction. “I provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed and up to date throughout the whole loan process and beyond. I follow up any questions they may have and make contact with them as promised,” she explains.
