We have been clients of Peter King's through the process of building three homes and purchasing an established home. Some people would think of us as quite 'mad', however the only difficulty we encountered in all of these transitions were from the builders! Due to some financial restrictions (Husband semi-retired and Mother a pensioner) with myself being the only full-time employee purchasing the last two homes, finding the 'right' lender would have been a nightmare had we decided to do all the leg work ourselves.
