Phillip Morgan - Personal Mortgage Adviser

Phillip Morgan is dedicated to providing quality customer service and satisfaction. With a 25 year career in the banking and finance industry, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience that he uses to support his clients now and into the future. “I take great pride in the professionalism, efficiency, and personal skills and traits I bring to my role as a personal mortgage adviser,” Phillip explains.

Phillip says he receives great satisfaction from educating his clients so they can make informed decisions. “Clients value my flexibility, ongoing communication and prompt service, but equally, they’re very keen to use the experience to increase their understanding of the whole lending process,” he says.

“Applying for a loan can be time consuming, so I work within clients’ schedules to help reduce the impact on them. Also, I treat all clients equally regardless of whether they’re applying for a loan or working towards future goals. Most importantly, I take the time to truly understand my clients’ needs.”

Phillip has 25 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry which incorporates 21 years with NAB in various roles including customer service, branch management and relationship management, as well as six years as a mobile lending manager.

In 2006, Phillip joined Mortgage Force, which merged with Smartline in July 2009.

Phillip is very familiar with the Geelong and nearby Surf Coast region, having lived there all his life. While his current clients include first time buyers and local property buyers, he offers a fully mobile service and is able to support all buyers and investors.

Phillip's mortgage broking business is based in Geelong. He is fully mobile and services all areas including but not limited to Newtown, Belmont and Highton and can visit you outside of working hours in the comfort of your own home. He can look after all your financing needs including personal loans, leasing and commercial and business financing.
