Peter Semmel - Personal Mortgage Adviser

Peter Semmel combines 22 years of senior banking experience, together with a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking management) and12 years of mortgage broking expertise to get results for his clients. “I have extensive knowledge about the complete buying experience to share with my clients,” says Peter. “I also offer excellent service - before, during and after the loan-application process.”

Peter covers all areas of lending - from first-home ownership to property investment, refinancing and debt consolidation. "I also have a mortgage on my own home and on an investment property," he adds. "So I have a very good understanding of the different ideas people have about investing."

With an extremely high loan-approval ratio and 90 per cent of his business coming from client referrals, Peter is obviously doing something right. "I'm an old-fashioned banker who values friendly and personal service with integrity," he concludes. "And I get great satisfaction from assisting clients into their new home or investment property and sharing the excitement that goes with that experience."

Peter's mortgage broking business is based in Boronia. He is fully mobile and services all areas including but not limited to Ferntree Gully, Bayswater and The Basin and can visit you outside of working hours in the comfort of your own home.
