Over twenty nine years in the finance industry means Pier knows what she’s talking about but she also doesn’t talk “bank jargon”, “Part of my role is about educating clients, not impressing them with bank language. I believe that if clients understand their loan and how to operate it effectively, they feel more comfortable and in control with the whole borrowing experience.”  

Pier checks in with her clients every 6 months to do a review of their current and ongoing lending needs, and to answer any queries they might have. She says that she also keeps in regular touch with clients who are still planning to purchase property,  “often I work with clients who are not yet in a position to purchase their first home or maybe buy an investment property, but I will stay in touch and help them towards their goal – however long it takes”.
