This is the second time using mortgage adviser. My first attempt some years ago using another company was a total disaster, the person did not know the products, etc. I did not go ahead with this other company and broker. This second time around was great. I had stupidly exchanged contracts without applying for a loan first, then tried myself to secure a loan. I decided that maybe I just might need some help that's when I contacted Ray at Smartline. Ray was very quick to meet me at my home in Wangi Wangi. He was very quick and efficient, appeared to know what he was doing, which made me feel confident and more importantly delivered. I got the loan I needed, in the time frame, that's right a loan in approximately 3 weeks. I can't tell you how happy I am with with Ray and Smartline.
