Roxanne Osborne has a ‘can do attitude’ and has a number of years industry experience with a major bank. She excels in customer service with her ability to listen and build rapport with her clients. “I believe it is crucial in mortgage broking to fully understand the customer. From understanding the customer I can help them make the right choice.” Roxanne further explains, “the financial market is so complicated and there are so many options out there, it can really make a difference to a client to use professional guidance to find the right product.”
The most satisfying part of Roxanne’s work is when the client achieves their property or investment goals. “I am always stretching myself to ensure that I have played a major part in their financial decision making.” Roxanne’s major clientele comes from client referrals. “It is satisfying to know that my clients are entrusting their family and friends to my care.”
Roxanne operates a fully mobile broking service throughout Maroochydore, Noosa, Caboolture and Coast Hinterland areas. She has built strong local community relationships with the Caloundra and Maroochydore Netball associations, Dicky Beach Surf Life Savers and Sunshine Coast Police force.
As part of her premium service, Roxanne is extremely flexible with
her working hours. “I’m always happy to visit clients outside of
