Following the sale of our home in the Southern Highlands, we recently utilised the services of Robert Sadler at Smartline Home Loans, Milperra to assist us with re-financing.
From our initial contact, Robert was professional in every aspect of our dealings. We had personal commitments which meant we would be interstate when the settlement took place and Robert was very considerate of this. His product knowledge was excellent and he was able to clearly explain the differing aspects of the type of loan we required.
Robert continued to keep us informed throughout the application and settlement process, and remained in contact with both our bank and conveyancer to assist in a smooth settlement. Upon identifying a problem with our loan (the day prior to our settlement) Robert was able to quickly rectify this problem on our behalf.

Robert and other staff at Smartline (Milperra) provided me with a professional and caring service, by far in excess of what I could have imagined prior to me deciding to refinance. I procrastinated for a couple of months, mainly because I knew I would be inducing hastles with the refinancing process. In a way I was correct, as there were some hassles, none of which were Smartline's fault. From my point of view, these problems were almost negligible. I believe I am still not fully aware of the behind the scenes service that Robert and the team provided in negating any problems for me (the client). The "Milperra team" are always accessible, polite, professional and (most important to me) reliable and punctual in addressing enquiries.
