Rory was ever available, always returned our calls and answered many many questions and listened to our frustrations with the market, all whilst trying to help us stay positive and moving forward. All this for no money- he never wavered. Finally our house sold, yippee and our next house was found, and it all worked out and Rory put the paperwork through and everything on Rory's side when smoothly and with very little stress. (thank god because it was the opposite with the settlement agents which was a nightmare). I recommend Rory to anyone and everyone I know that is looking into their loans or wanting to buy a house. He has also now helped other family members make the banking side at least a smooth process. Couldnt be happier with Smartline and will use Rory again in the future. This is a much better idea than going direct through the banks (which i have done before too) and takes the stress out of it all.
