My brother bought a house a few months before us and did his own home loan research. He chose the one, then found out a bunch of restrictions and bad service also went with it! A couple of months ago I was fortunate to obtain a copy of the Smart Line Home Loans booklet, after reading this I was most impressed with the concise information in easy to read and understand wording.
Although I had been thinking about re-financing I was unsure of what was my best option, after reading the booklet I decided to give Ray Strong from Smart Line a call and see how he could help. Within a couple of days Ray had visited us at home and gone through what was available and which loan would be best for our needs, within a couple of weeks we had re-financed and our repayments were less than they had been even though we had borrowed an additional amount to complete some renovations.
A couple of months later we decided to purchase another property and again I had no hesitation in calling Ray Strong, within 3 days from faxing him a copy of the new contract the loan was approved and we were on our way to building our Real Estate portfolio.

With the number of loans available in the market place these days it is impossible to know what is best for your needs, this is why we used a broker and found that it made what could have been a very time consuming and confusing process to be extremely smooth and stress free.
