Hi Ross

Just letting you know that we have told Axcelerator that we are not interested in pursuing a re-financing path for our current loans. They (seem) to have accepted this and we can now move on and learn from our mistakes. I have also contacted Adelaide and informed them that we wish to keep our existing loan as is, and as you can imagine they accepted happily.

Thanks again for your help and work. I just want you to know that our intentions were to improve our financial situation (which I will no doubt continue to do, but this time differently) and not to ruin any friendships along the way. I appreciate your efforts in informing us of the dangers of other deals out there and we will ask you for advice on the subject BEFORE we take any action on a related subject in the future.
