Based in Brookvale, Stuart Craig has strong community ties to the Northern Beaches area and a thorough knowledge of the local property market. Prior to joining Smartline, Stuart spent five years at a major bank, where he covered all facets of mortgage lending.

"I believe I offer an exceptional level of service throughout the loan process," says Stuart. "I tend to form long-term relationships with my clients and I make sure their finances are structured so they can receive the maximum benefits."

Stuart analyses the long-term goals of each client and then uses Smartline's specialist software to tailor loan solutions. If he thinks a lender is taking their time with an application, he will chase them up and keep his client informed every step of the way.

As a result of his obvious commitment, the majority of Stuart's clients come from referrals. "It's really satisfying getting warm thank-you letters," he says. "And it's great when happy clients refer you to friends, family and colleagues."

Stuart's mortgage broking business is based in Brookvale, but he is fully mobile and services all areas of the Sydney metropolitan area including but not limited to Dee Why, Narraweena, Allambie Heights, Manly and Curl Curl.
