When documents needed signing, he would come to my work or to my home, despite the fact that I worked on the other side of town from his office. He took me calls when I needed to clarify things... even on a Friday night and Saturday! When I had any queries, regardless of how small, I knew I could contact Scott and he would clearly explain the process, etc. He also was a JP so that was a big time saver!!! Scott got me a great deal which saved me a significant amount of money on Mortgage Insurance and then presented me with a lovely hamper which I am still enjoying!! What more could I want??? Nothing!!
