Terry Azzopardi - Personal Mortgage Adviser

Terry Azzopardi joined Smartline in 2009, bringing with him 22 years of finance experience at a major bank. Terry’s extensive banking experience has helped him develop his own benchmark for excellence in client service.

Terry ensures that he caters for each of his client’s individual needs and lifestyle, providing open and regular feedback throughout the whole loan process. “I ensure that every interaction I have with my clients is unique and caters for their own circumstances,” he explains. “I believe that there is no such thing as over servicing.”

When asked what personal qualities he felt were essential in a good mortgage broker, Terry answered, “transparency, honesty, trustworthiness and good time management and workflow. All qualities that I pride myself on.” A testament to the quality of Terry’s business are the referrals he receives from clients, business networks, family and friends. “My client care philosophy ensures that anyone can be comfortable in knowing I will take good care of any referral they pass my way.”

Terry operates a fully mobile broking business, predominately in the west of Melbourne. He is fully mobile and services all areas including but not limited to Caroline Springs, Burnside, Taylors Hills and Deer Park.

“After 22 years of assisting every day people achieve their dream of owning a home - I still get an absolute buzz from it,” he adds.
